Tulsa time: What’s new at Travel Exchange ’26

April 27, 2026

When the NTA community gathers in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for Travel Exchange ’26, packaged-travel specialists will enjoy the best of both worlds: the familiar value of networking and learning with colleagues, along with a fresh lineup of new opportunities to connect and do business.

NTA’s annual show is set for Nov. 15–18, and it’s the people who set Travel Exchange apart: tour operators who buy travel product from trusted partners—DMOs, receptive operators, and tour suppliers who represent hotels, attractions, experiences, transportation companies, and more.

At TREX ’26 in Tulsa, delegates will experience a right-sized show that’s easy to navigate and designed to build business through pre-scheduled appointments, targeted networking, and spontaneous connections. Together, these touchpoints foster the conversations and relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.

Here’s what’s new for Travel Exchange this year:

  • Sensational Sunday schedule: Sightseeing in the morning and free lunch on the floor for sightseers; Kickoff to TREX starts when the bars open at 12:30.
  • Big ideas, one minute at a time: During the new Speed Stage, 50 North American suppliers will each deliver 60 seconds of fresh ideas to an audience of tour operators.
  • Monday morning networking: Tour operators will have dedicated time to visit sponsor booths, sample regional food, and participate in fun activations.
  • A party with many facets: NTA is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, culminating with the Denim & Diamonds Party on the final night, Nov. 18.
  • TOPS in two: Tour Operator Pre-Show education offers operator-targeted webinars for TREX registrants and everyone in your office prior to the conference. This year it’s spread over two days—Oct. 27 and 29—and topics include AI, marketing, financial planning, and legal issues in the packaged travel industry.

Travel Exchange is designed for collaboration, and veteran members know the best relationships are often built beyond the booth—during meals, networking events, interactive sessions, and celebrations. It’s four days filled with opportunities to grow.

This November, it’s Tulsa time for sellers seeking qualified buyers, and for tour operators who look to gain ideas from reliable partners and experienced colleagues. At Travel Exchange, NTA sets the table for the industry’s premiere packaged-travel specialists to build productive relationships.
