Switzerland Tourism is proud to invite all NTA Tour Operators to two different NTA On-Site-Education trips going to Switzerland. The first is scheduled from October 17 – 23, 2003, aand focuses on the "Mountain Experience." It will take you to Interlaken in the Jungfrau Region. The second NTA On-Site-Education trip, from December 5 – 11, 2003, takes you to Basel, where the Rhine widens, right in the three-country corner of Germany, France and Switzerland.

Swiss Mountain Experience
The first OSE from October 17 – 23, 2003, focusing on the "Mountain Experience" will take you to Interlaken in the Jungfrau Region. The trip offers a special travel workshop in which approx. 25 Swiss suppliers will discuss potential partnership opportunities. Host is the mountain resort of Interlaken, right in the middle of the Bernese Oberland and the Jungfrau Region. Also included are seminars on the Swiss "Mountain Experience" and three days of individual site inspection opportunities in Central Switzerland, the Matterhorn Region or Appenzell/St.Gallen in Eastern Switzerland. You will also receive information on special interest programs including cultural programs, garden tours, wine & dine itineraries, golf excursions and much more. Participants will be able to easily conceive possible tour packages and discuss ideas with local experts. Along the way, a multitude of sports and entertainment options will be available. Christmas Time in Basel

The second NTA On-Site-Education from December 5 – 11, 2003, takes you to Basel, where the Rhine widens, right in the three-country corner of Germany, France and Switzerland. Main subject of the trip is "Cities & Culture" in Switzerland. Due to its predestined location in the heart of Europe, Basel at the bend of the Rhine has always been a major traffic hub. Basel’s cultural riches are manifested in every corner of the city. For instance, visitors can choose from more than thirty museums. In addition, the pulsating inner city and the romantic old town incorporate a giant shopping paradise. In December Basel is having one of the most beautiful and oldest Christmas markets in Europe. Individual post-convention inspection trips take you to Bern, Fribourg, Montreux/Lausanne, Central Switzerland or Zurich. All of those cities also offer a lot of opportunities to experience pre holiday season. Also the Basel trip includes a workshop with approx. 25 suppliers and different product seminars on the cities & culture in Switzerland.
