NTA Convention Reminders
Oct. 31, 2066 –The 2006 Annual Convention kicks off in Salt Lake City this Friday. Before you go, here are a few reminders:

• Answer Direct Requests. This feature will be available until noon on Nov. 2.

   

• Log on to the online scheduling system and print your appointment schedule. Dedicated computers in the Research Center will be available to print updated schedules on site.

   

• Access the Message Center to send and answer correspondence from other attendees. The Message Center will be available throughout Convention.

   

• There is still time to sign up to volunteer at Convention. This is a great opportunity to network and meet more of your industry colleagues.

   

• Review the schedule of events so you know when certain events take place. The schedule will be available on site in the Convention Program and in the Convention Map & Schedule.

   

• Complimentary airport transportation to NTA Convention hotels will be available as follows:

  Thursday, Nov. 2: 9 a.m.-11 p.m.
  Friday, Nov. 3: 9 a.m.-11 p.m.
  Saturday, Nov. 4: 9 a.m.-11 p.m.

  Upon arrival at the airport, look for volunteers who will be handing out luggage tags (to indicate at which hotel you will be staying) before you board the coach for your hotel. They can also help you locate the free hotel shuttles.

   

• Don’t forget that Friday is Casual Day.
