Glacier National Park Reopens Lodging After Montana Fires
Just last week, Lake McDonald Lodge and Village Inn in Glacier National Park re-opened after wildfires threatened the park and forced evacuation July 24. Glacier National Park is an NTA member.
According to a press release issued to NTA by the park, Lake McDonald Lodge and Village Inn reopened Tuesday, Aug. 5 officially. Red Bus tours also resumed on the Going-To-the-Sun Road.
Glacier Park Inc. President Cindy Ognjanov stated, "the park is lush and green as always, and our guests are enjoying great weather for hiking, boating, golfing and horseback riding."
