DMOs-Make Sure You’re Receiving Tracking E-mails

NTA’s ROI/Tracking Online System makes it easy for tour operators to send critical ROI information to their NTA DMO partners. Make sure that you are receiving e-mails that are sent through this system by putting the e-mail address — tracking@NTAstaff.com on your whitelist.
We have received reports of e-mails that have been successfully sent going into spam filters and we want to make sure that every DMO gets the valuable information that is being shared through this system. So, touch base with your IT departments and make sure that the tracking e-mail address is accepted by your system!
