Air France Flights Cancelled as Pilots Begin Strike
More than 200 Air France flights have been cancelled as pilots began a four-day strike on Sunday, forcing many travelers to find alternate transportation.

According to the Chicago Tribune, all previously scheduled passengers reached their destination, possibly through other modes of transportation. Air France indicated 85 percent of their flights were running as expected Sunday. The walkout is expected to last through Wednesday, causing other disruptions.

The strike comes as the largest Air France pilots’ union, SNPL, joined two smaller unions to protest for better pay.
