David Yu to Lead NTA Visit USA Center in Shanghai

As the new leader of the NTA Visit USA Center in Shanghai, David Yu is taking his own advice this week. Yu is visiting the United States, first here at Pow Wow International, then at NTA headquarters in Lexington, Ky.
