Experience Authentic Tulsa with TREX’26 Sightseeing Tours

Visit Tulsa and its partners have created an exciting lineup of sightseeing experiences for TREX attendees, featuring iconic destinations such as Route 66, the Outsiders House Museum, the Bob Dylan and Woodie Gutherie centers, and the historic Greenwood District.

In a departure from previous years, all tours will now take place on Sunday morning and will culminate at the convention center, where participants will receive boxed lunches ahead of the official TREX Kickoff and Exhibit Floor opening at 12:30 p.m. This afternoon is a can’t miss networking party with all of your NTA friends!

GREENWOOD
Tulsa’s Greenwood district is a historic, majority-Black neighborhood famously known as America’s Black Wall Street. A guided walking tour through the city’s most significant cultural landmarks and a visit to the immersive exhibits at the Greenwood Rising Museum are just two of the highlights of this tour.

THE OUTSIDERS
This classic 1967 novel, turned Hollywood movie, turned Tony-winning Broadway musical was set in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This tour takes you behind the scenes to some of the most memorable scenes from the movie, as well as to The Outsiders House Museum and a Q&A with its founder.

ROUTE 66
This tour showcases Tulsa’s legacy along the iconic Mother Road, beginning at the Route 66 Historic Village, where the region’s transportation history comes to life, and ending with the Tulsa Market District, a revitalized stretch featuring classic roadside architecture and businesses rooted in Route 66 heritage.

TULSA MUSIC
The tour celebrates Tulsa’s rich musical heritage. Highlights include a guided experience through The Church Studio and the engaging exhibits of the acclaimed Bob Dylan Center and the Woody Gutherie Center.

THE WALKABOUT
The Walkabout is a curated Tulsa sightseeing experience that highlights the city’s natural beauty and architectural charm. From one of the nation’s premier river front parks to an engaging Art Deco tour, you will experience the rich history and iconic design that is only found in Tulsa.
