Unwind and Network: The Evening Lineup at Travel Exchange ’26
July 21, 2026
The business floor at TREX ’26 is only half the story. When the day’s appointments wrap up in Tulsa, the personal connections begin across an incredible lineup of evening social events.
The evening schedule perfectly balances local flavor with grand celebrations to mark NTA’s historic 75th anniversary.
- Icebreaker: Kick off your boots and set your watch to Tulsa time for the opening Icebreaker! Sponsored by Visit Tulsa, this party is taking over the legendary Cain’s Ballroom—the official “Home of Bob Wills” and the “Carnegie Hall of Western Swing.”
- Receptions: Continue the conversations at two networking receptions. Sunday’s reception is sponsored by AON Affinity Travel Practice and Fiesta de TREX! Tuesday’s reception is sponsored by A Closer Look Tours.
- A Kentucky NightCap: Kick back after a busy day with this new late-night event. Sponsored by The Group Travel Leader and Louisville Tourism, it is the perfect space to share a casual drink. Perhaps a bourbon from the Bluegrass State? Tickets are $50, and space is limited.
- Local Dine-Arounds: Discover Tulsa on Monday and Tuesday evenings. From hosted events to small groups, it’s a great way to explore more of our host city. Meals for first-time attendees and international attendees are planned for Tuesday. The popular Dinner with Friends is scheduled for Monday evening. Stay tuned for more details.
- Denim & Diamonds Closing Party: Sponsored by Travel Oklahoma, the ultimate finale takes place on Wednesday evening, Nov. 18. Dress up in your finest western wear and sparkle to celebrate NTA’s diamond anniversary.
- The Ultimate Door Prize: As an added incentive for staying until the final curtain call, the Biltmore Estate is sponsoring a custom, one-of-a-kind diamond necklace valued at more than $5,000. Every registered attendee is automatically entered to win, but you must be present at the closing party when the winner is announced!
Make sure your evening shoes are packed and your calendar is clear—you won’t want to miss a single night in Tulsa.
