Travel Exchange Registration Is Now Open

Registration is officially open for NTA Travel Exchange, and now is the time to plan your path to a successful event.  Join tour professionals from around the globe as they gather to gain key information and strategies, share ideas and solutions, and hold buyer/seller meetings at this industry-leading event. 

Here’s a timeline of critical dates and deadlines to keep you on track. 

Sales Mission and Supplier Speed Stage: Sept. 25

North American DMOs who wish to present during Sales Missions on Monday, Nov. 16, must sign up by Sept. 25. North American Suppliers wanting a shot at participating in Speed Stage on Tuesday, Nov. 17, must apply by the same date.

Hotel Deadline: Oct. 21 and Oct. 23

The last days to reserve your hotel room in the NTA housing block and guarantee NTA-negotiated rates is Oct. 21 (Aloft) and 23 (DoubleTree) (subject to availability).

Appointment Schedules Posted: Oct. 21

Customized appointment schedules will be posted in the appointment system, and Direct Request scheduling will be available starting Oct. 21.

Direct Request Deadline: Nov. 6

Direct request scheduling officially closes on Nov. 6, marking the second opportunity to fine-tune your appointment schedule.. Remember, NTA’s Exchange floor is open, so you can fill gaps and request additional appointments onsite. Operators will also sign up for Sales Missions during this time.
