Online Appointment Request System is Open
Are you ready to start making appointment requests? If not, it is time to get ready because the 2003 Convention NTA Online appointment request system is open.

Convention 2003 features many changes and enhancements, including the ultimate appointment request system. The revamped request system includes many features that will make requesting appointments a breeze:

1. Detailed instructions and easy-to-use screens
2. Basic and Advanced member searches
3. E-mail confirmation of your appointment requests
4. Member-to-Member messaging center that you can access today through Convention at the on-site messaging center
5. Tour supplier and DMO access to a list of tour operators requesting appointments with you
6. Notification of companies who register late or cancel, and more!

You can log on to the appointment request system today and again as many times as you’d like through Sept. 10. In fact, you are encouraged to log on to the site often to check for messages, additions and cancellations and to revise your requests accordingly.

Because appointments are not assigned on a first come, first served basis, don’t worry about being in a hurry. Take your time and do your research. Knowing the background on companies you request appointments with is the first step toward having a productive Exchange.

All you need to get started is your Membership ID number. Access the online system by clicking here, or by clicking on the "Appointment Request System" button under What’s New on the NTA Online home page. The system works best with Windows and Macintosh systems using Internet Explorer 5.0 and newer and Netscape 6.0 and newer. Contact NTA Headquarters with any questions.
