Leadership Team holds meetings in D.C. despite record snow
February 8, 2010
Despite record snowfall in Washington, D.C., this past weekend, the 2010 NTA Leadership Team held their committee meetings as planned. Twenty members of the team were kept away by the weather, but the meetings were productive and ideas for more relevant and meaningful member business opportunities were discussed. Stay tuned to your Tuesday e-newsletter for further updates on the meeting outcomes.
The NTA Grassroots Symposium started today and the attendees have already heard from former Congressman Jon Porter and American Recreation Coalition President and CEO Derrick Crandell. Over 100 Hill visits with elected officials or their staff are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday.
