Introducing Supplier Speed Stage

Travel Exchange is launching a brand-new session built exclusively for North American tour suppliers! The Supplier Speed Stage puts your venue center stage. Selected tour suppliers get exactly 60 seconds on the main stage to pitch their newest, most unique highlights to a room full of active, seated buyers.

Expanding upon our popular DMO Sales Missions and International Best Pitch events, Supplier Speed Stage is yet another connection and business development opportunity for our members that goes beyond prescheduled appointments.

The new Supplier Speed takes place on the TREX Floor immediately after the Tuesday Luncheon, and just before supplier appointments, and will feature 50 rapid-fire presentations in one dynamic hour. 

How it works

• A group of 50 North American tour suppliers delivers one-minute presentations
• Presenters are pre-selected by drawing and announced in advance
• Each presenter’s name and company appear on screen during their pitch
• Tour operators follow along in the NTA Events app—and tap “Tell me more” to request follow-up
• And yes—we’ll keep it moving so that no one goes over their allotted time

In one hour, tour operators will hear 50 rapid-fire presentations, each offering a potential addition to a future itinerary. After the show, NTA will share every submitted pitch with tour operators—whether or not it was presented on stage—so no idea is missed.
