Stay where the action is by booking at either the DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown, the headquarters hotel connected to the convention center via pedway, or Aloft Downtown Tulsa, located just steps from the convention center. Staying in an official host hotel means you’re close to appointments, education sessions, and networking opportunities—and you’ll be right where NTA members gather throughout the event. 

Tour operators and travel advisors can take advantage of discounted room rates starting at $125 USD at the DoubleTree and $159 USD at Aloft. Seller rates are also available at both properties. 

Important reminder: Tour operators and travel advisors must stay in one of the official NTA hotels to qualify for the Travel Exchange rebate.
