Annual Spring Meet Kicks Off
March 30, 2005 – Wednesday marked the beginning of NTA’s Tour Operator Spring Meet in Sacramento, Calif. This year over 170 operators from more than 130 companies are registered to attend.
Spring Meet is an opportunity for NTA operators to get back to the grassroots of business, with face-to-face partnering sessions in a more casual, informal environment. This year, tour operators will take in some education, socials and networking Sacramento style. Sacramento is packed full of golden opportunities to build itineraries and develop new relationships.
Edie Shean-Hammond and Joel Frank of the National Park Service, Marc Mancini of Marc Mancini Seminars and Consulting and Deren Baker of Travelocity are just a few of this year’s featured educational speakers. Sightseeing and Pre- and Post-FAM Tours will allow delegates to tour the California State Capitol, IMAX theaters, California wineries and lots of great shopping venues or to visit California’s National Parks and many of the surrounding regions’ world-class restaurants and resorts. And as always, there will be plenty of opportunities to network.
See you in Sacramento!
