Wondering what the images are on the top of NTA’s Web site? This photos change every month to reflect the current issue of Courier magazine.
This month’s pictures feature the following:
- The World Chicken Dance Championship at Blackfoot Crossing Historical Park in Sikika, Alberta, unites Aboriginal people from around the world to participate in ritual performances.
- Soldiers’ National Cemetery in Gettysburg
- Student groups can take part in the Civil War Adventure Camp, which is help in Pamplin Historical Park just south of Richmond, or find out about Virginia’s maritime history by taking an American Rover Tall Ship Cruise in Norfolk.
- The Virginia State Capitol in Richmond reopened to the public in May 2007 after a three-year, $104 million renovation.
