The seventh-annual Courier‘s Distinguished Dozen

It’s time for Courier‘s seventh-annual Distinguished Dozen survey and recognition! Tour operators, this is your opportunity to recognize your NTA tour supplier and DMO partners for their excellence—and you should have already received your ballot in your inbox.

Each vote will take into account the quality of the product, level of customer service, the value they offer their customers and their dedication to building relationships. A few of the categories for 2018 have changed, so please take a close look at each category and refer to your NTA membership directory before submitting your ballot.

The 12 categories are:

1. North American DMO Partner (City/Region)
2. North American DMO Partner (State/Province)
3. Overseas DMO Partner
4. Museum for Groups
5. Theater/Show Venue
6. Sightseeing Rail Company
7. Big-ship or River Cruising Company
8. Sightseeing Cruise Company
9. Casino/Gaming Property
10. Corporate Hotel Chain
11. Independent/Boutique Hotel Property
12. Group-friendly Restaurant

Voting will be held in two stages. The first and current stage is a nomination round. For each category, a tour supplier or DMO is nominated by an operator. Suppliers and DMOs who are in the top 5 of their respective category will move on to the second stage to be voted on by all NTA tour operators.

Operators, look for the for the distinguished dozen survey in your inbox and show your appreciation for your tour supplier and DMO colleagues. If you’ve already submitted your first-round nominations, thank you!
