UK, Germany, Brazil See Predicted Increase in Travel
Third and fourth quarter travel to the United Kingdom, Germany and Brazil is expected to increase, for the most part, according to forecasts released by the Office of Travel and Tourism Industries.

In the UK, second quarter bookings were up, while travel demand for the third and fourth quarters is also expected to increase, compared to 2002. In Germany, travel bookings were up slightly in the second quarter, while third and fourth quarter travel demand is predicted to increase, compared to last year. In Brazil, second quarter travel was down. However, summer travel was predicted to show improvement, compared to 2002.
