Tour Operators – Don’t forget Bylaw Votes Due by Nov. 30
Nov. 26, 2007 – If you have not already done so, tour operators need to have ballots for the association bylaw amendment in by Nov. 30. Ballots were mailed and e-mailed to NTA’s tour operator members in late October.
The bylaw amendment includes two main proposals, in addition to touching up some wording to improve clarity and grammar. The first proposal would combine the board of director officer positions of secretary and treasurer. The second would officially provide flexibility with regards to the Annual Business Meeting held each year at Convention and allow for one all-member Business Meeting, while still maintaining individual category election and talk times.
Questions regarding the bylaw vote may be directed to NTA Director of Industry and Government Relations Matt Grayson.
