Tour Operator Spring Meet – It’s a Family Affair
Every family has its traditions that set it apart and make it special, and everyone has a favorite relative they look forward to seeing, even if it’s only once a year. The NTA family is no exception, and tour operators are invited to our next gathering at the Tour Operator Spring Meet, March 24-27, in Little Rock, Ark.
So, why are we calling it a family affair? Because that’s the way many of you describe our events and how you feel about each other. Many of your businesses are family owned and operated, and that familial tie has extended to your fellow NTA members.
We’ve got a lot planned throughout the Spring Meet to energize your business, as well as your spirit. There are more than 12 educational sessions planned with topics such as "Hell Hath No Fury Like a Customer Scorned", "How to Recruit and Hire the Right People", "Selling to Lifestyles and Lifestages" and "How to Design Exceptional Itineraries." The Tour Operator Partnering Session is where the family gets down to business, and you can discuss buying and selling opportunities for domestic and international products.
As if all that weren’t enough, there’s plenty of fun built in, too. Between the Icebreaker, sightseeing tours, fam tours and evening hospitalities, this Spring Meet has all the makings of a good time.
Whether you’re a newcomer or a veteran, large company or small, you’re all part of the NTA family – and our family reunion just wouldn’t be the same without you. Register by Jan. 9 to take advantage of the early-bird discount by clicking here, or call 800-682-8886 (U.S. and Canada) or 859-226-4444.
