NTA, United Renew Exclusive Agreement
January 11, 2006 – The National Tour Association and United Airlines have renewed their transportation provider agreement until Dec. 31, 2006. The partnership calls for United to be the official airline for the association.

Tour operators utilizing the agreement will benefit from zone fares and preferred domestic deposit fees that are unique in the industry. It is anticipated that further enhancements to the program will be announced at a later date.

"We are pleased to continue our relationship with United Airlines," NTA President Hank Phillips, CTP, said. "In a time when many airlines are adopting more restrictive policies toward groups, it is good to know that we have a friend in United Airlines. We hope that this relationship will continue for many years."

The National Tour Association has a global membership of tourism professionals involved in the growth and development of the packaged travel industry. Its membership includes nearly 600 tour companies – group, independent, inbound and outbound – and the destinations and suppliers that partner with them. The association is committed to providing business results and information to its members, while offering a collaborative, caring environment in which to build relationships.
