NTA Kicks Off Annual Spring Meet
March 24, 2004 – Today marks the beginning of NTA’s Tour Operator Spring Meet in Little Rock, Ark. This year 168 operators from 133 companies are registered to attend.
Spring Meet has always been an opportunity for operators to get back to the grassroots of business, with face-to-face partnering sessions in a more casual, informal environment. It is the place to meet up and spend time with your NTA family.
Along with the partnering sessions, attendees with have an opportunity to take part in 20 educational sessions. Our line-up of industry speakers will provide insight on consumer trends and the current economy. Sessions include speaker Delos Smith, a leading economist with The Conference Board who will address the impact the current economy has on the economy, as well as J. Walker Smith from Yankelovich, Inc. who will share his research on consumer spending trends.
NTA is looking forward to this year’s Spring Meet. We are excited to speak with attendees about the positive growth trend that the industry is currently seeing. People are beginning to get excited about traveling again, and the NTA membership is there to give them what they want!
