Nevada Has New Seller-of-Travel Law
Nevada Gov. Kenny Guinn signed into law a bill that relieves sellers of travel within the state from a $50,000 bond requirement, but requires firms to maintain trust accounts for customer trip payments.
Under the new law, tour operators and tour brokers would pay a $25 registration fee, and must be registered by Jan. 1, 2004.
