Don’t Forget to Set Your Clocks Back
Nov. 3, 2007 –Daylight saving time will end at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4. This is one week later than in years past due to legislation enacted by Congress in 2005. Clocks should be set back one hour, providing an additional hour of daylight in the morning.

Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Marianas do not observe daylight time.
