Create Your Appointment Request List for Convention ’09

The appointment request system for Convention ’09 opened today. You can 
now begin researching and preparing your list of appointment requests for Convention, which will take place Nov. 14-18 in Reno, Nevada, and you can update it as often as you’d like until Oct. 9.
Tour suppliers, your Tour & Travel Exchange appointments (10 minutes) will be scheduled by the system as usual. Any of your appointments not scheduled for the Tour & Travel Exchange will automatically be slated for the NTA Fast Pitch (5 minute) prescheduled appointment session. So, be sure to submit a complete list of appointment requests in order to get more appointments during Fast Pitch.
