Appointment Scheduling Goes Live
July 20, 2005 – Appointment scheduling for the 2005 NTA Annual Convention in Detroit opened today. Delegates can plan their Tour & Travel Exchange strategy online from July 20 through Sept. 20, which leaves plenty of time to research compatible companies and make requests.

The appointment scheduling system can be accessed by selecting the Appointment Scheduling link under "What’s New." To proceed, you’ll need to enter your log in information, including your first and last name and your registration number.

There are many new features in the scheduling system this year, so be sure to familiarize yourself with the system so you can take full advantage. Take your time – appointment matches aren’t made based on how quickly you make your submissions. Visit often and update your selections, just be sure to save your requests after each visit.

You will be able to schedule additional appointments on site in Detroit during the three 30-minute appointment scheduling sessions. The sessions will be held prior to the start of each Exchange on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday.
