Amber Alert Canceled For 12-Year-Old California Girl
The Amber Alert was canceled Thursday night after the 12-yaer-old Guatemalan girl was found in Tracy, Calif.

According to police, the girl and the man suspected of abducting her, Jose Tomas, were brought to the attention of police around 9 p.m. after a Tracy resident fed them and washed their clothes before seeing their pictures on television. March 3, 2005 – The CHP and the Stocton Police Department issued an Amber Alert on Wednesday evening after the child was apparently kidnapped by a boarder who had threatened to kill her family.

JUANA MARTINEZ is 12 years old, Hispanic female, 5’3", 110 lbs., with brown eyes and long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a burgundy sweater, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

Police are looking for Jose Thomas, 21 yrs., Hispanic male, 5’6", 170 lbs. with short black hair, brown eyes and a clean-shaven face.

The suspect vehicle is a maroon Honda Accord with a broken right rear window covered by white paper.
