2006 Appointment Schedules Now Available
Oct. 16, 2006 – Appointment schedules for the 2006 NTA Annual Convention are now available online. NTA delegates can access their schedules and all of the prep tools available through the online scheduling system. You will need your first name, last name and registration number to log in.

New this year, NTA is introducing direct request manual scheduling. The Direct Request scheduling feature will help delegates secure more appointments before arriving in Salt Lake. Now that appointment schedules are posted online, delegates can see which other attendees have openings in their schedules at specific times in order to a request an appointment. If the request is accepted, the appointment will be added to each participant’s schedule. Once you log into the system, just on the Direct Request button, then on an open time in your schedule to see what delegates are also available at that time. Tour operators will see a list of suppliers and DMOs. Suppliers and DMOs will see a list of tour operators. You can send a meeting request to that company through the Web site. This feature is available to all attendees until Nov. 2.

Also, don’t forget about the three appointment scheduling sessions on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday mornings. This is a 30-minute session held at the beginning of each Tour & Travel Exchange session to help you get even more appointments on site.

Delegates also should check the Message Center through the online scheduling system to see if other delegates have sent you correspondence. Take advantage of this feature to initiate communication with other NTA attendees. You will be able to access the same message center system while on site in Salt Lake.
