Bylaw Question Fails to Receive Two-Thirds Majority

The proposed amendment to allow nonprofit arts and cultural organizations to share a single membership in NTA failed to receive the necessary votes to pass.

104 yes votes and 64 no votes were cast, which was a 62 percent affirmative vote. To pass, the measure needed a two-thirds majority. The measure failed by approximately 8 votes.
