NTA Chairman and CEO Cathy Greteman to Present at ADTOI Conference in India

Obama Administration Appoints NTA Board Member to 2010-11 U.S. Travel and Tourism Advisory Board
(3/5/2010) - LEXINGTON, Ky. - NTA Secretary/Treasurer Nick Calderazzo of RMP Travel has been appointed to the U.S. Travel and Tourism Advisory Board, which serves to advise and develop plans for the Obama administration on issues of travel and tourism. A 33 year travel veteran, Calderazzo has actively served the travel industry through volunteer work including his current spot on the NTA Board of Directors and will become NTA chairman and CEO in 2012.
NTA Says Farr's TRIP Act Will Boost Domestic Tourism
(3/1/2010) - Washington, D.C. - Representative Sam Farr (D-California), co-chair of the Congressional Travel and Tourism Caucus, has introduced H. R. 4676, the Travel Regional Investment Partnership (TRIP) Act, which will provide US$50 million in matching grants to destination marketing organizations and their strategic partners.
