Travel Exchange

Travel Exchange is NTA’s annual conference, where our members do business, learn more about our industry and find out how others are tackling challenges. But it’s even more than that. It’s a chance for members to meet the travel world under one roof, a chance to share ideas and make lifelong friends while you’re at it.

Simply put, TREX is the most important travel industry event of the year, featuring the newest travel product from every U.S. state, Canadian province and 30+ countries. It brings NTA members together all in one place — ready to partner up and elevate travel experiences. It’s no wonder that 80 percent of tour operators aren’t attending other industry shows. Business Appointments

There’s a lot of business that takes place at NTA each year, and with the open-floor format, appointments can be picked up throughout the week. It’s your time to make a personal connection with current and future partners. Appointment scheduling is open Nov. 1, 2016–Jan. 27, 2017.

Destination Pavillion

DMO delegates have 10-minute prescheduled appointments with buyers Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 27–28, in the Destination Pavilion, which is designed by region and country. DMOs are seated in booths with buyers visiting them for their appointments.

Supplier Exchange

Suppliers have seven-minute, prescheduled appointments with tour operators Wednesday and Thursday at Travel Exchange. In this one-on-one business format, the tour operators are seated in booths, and tour suppliers visit them for their appointments.

Appointment Scheduling

NTA uses an online appointment scheduling system, open Nov. 1–Jan. 27. All registered Travel Exchange attendees can use their NTAonline log-in and password to schedule appointments until the system closes.
